The Food Access Program (FAP) serves seniors and those living with disabilities in and around La Pine. The program provides food boxes and hot meals up to twice monthly and serves as a home visit program to ensure some of La Pine’s most vulnerable residents receive the care and supplies they need to build healthy, productive lives.
Deliveries take place Tuesdays to Thursdays from 10 am to 3 pm.
The hot meals are provided in partnership with the La Pine Community Kitchen.
La Pine St Vincent’s also offers assistance for the following through vouchers. Inquire with social services for further assistance.
